In order to streamline support requests, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use in combination with your email address to track progress and send updates. Before submitting a ticket, please review the items below.
NOTE: Please do not put support tickets in for toner requests. Contact the office supplies manager for your building for toner requests.
- Check the Featured Questions to the right, and the Featured Knowledgebase topics below before submitting a ticket! You may be able to resolve your issue without even contacting support.
- Try restarting your device(s)
- Select the correct Help Topic
- Take a screenshot: To take a screenshot hold down Windows Key + Shift + S. After doing so your screen will darken and you can use your mouse to draw a clip of your screen. Draw the box around your issue and let go of your mouse button. You can now paste (Ctrl +V) your screenshot into your support ticket.
