Patient claims they're not receiving text alerts for appointments.

Have the patient follow the steps below to reset their alert subscription. Attached is also a picture example of the process.

1.Text the following to the number 622622. STOP LBJI
2.The patient will get an automated response stating they will no longer get alerts.
3.Text the following to the same number. LBJI
4.The patient will get an automated response stating they will now be subscribed to alerts.
