Where are my printers in Exscribe or Allscripts?

Symptom:
You don't see the printer you need in Exscribe or Allscripts.
Fix:
Often times the printer you want is listed, but you need to slide the slider at the bottom of the printers to the left or right to cycle between the full list of printers. Just drag the slider below the list of printers to the left or right to see the full list of printers.
Results:
By using the slider you should see all the printers you have access to. If you're still unable to find the printer you need, it may be that you don't have the proper permissions to access it. Please create a Printer Support ticket so that IT can look into the issue.
