Frequently Asked Question

It's a good practice to change your Exscribe password whenever you change your PC password. To change your Exscribe password please follow the steps below.


1. On the left side of Exscribe click the icon with two people on it.

2. In the Search Text: box type your first name.
3. Click on your name in the results below the search box.
4. At the top of Exscribe click Tools.
5. Click Security.
6. Click Change Password.

7. Enter your new password and confirmation password.
8. Click OK.

You can now sign-in to Exscribe using your new password.
